Sarah Lord is a published writer of introspective prose themed around all things queer.

Her writing appears in Malahat Review, Plenitude Magazine, Foglifter Journal, Minola Review, and elsewhere. In 2020 she was long-listed for the CBC Short Story Prize and nominated for the Sundress Press Best of Net Anthology. She is currently finishing her first novel with support from the Canada Council for the Arts. 

Sarah works as a freelance narrative reporter and lives on the traditional and unceded territory of the Sinixt Peoples, also known as West Kootenays, British Columbia. She enjoys adventuring with her dogs and growing a large garden.
